Your responsibilities

You will be the central contact person for the team and the management, ensuring smooth operations in the Berlin office through your proactive support.
You will ensure that our office is always in a neat and tidy condition, including classic office management tasks such as ordering supplies and mail management.
As an organisational talent and reliable gatekeeper, you will be responsible for the planning, prioritisation and implementation of appointments for our management as well as internal and external events, contributing to a positive working atmosphere.
You will also be responsible for reception management, travel planning and organisational onboarding.
You will be the interface and contact person for internal and external contacts and take on research tasks if required.
You will work highly professionally in the background and pay attention to the smallest details – with a focus on confidentiality and discretion.
