At our locations in Munich, Berlin, Frankfurt or on-site at the customer's premises, we contribute to the digital heart of renowned companies: Audi, Austrian Airlines, Bayern Tourismus, BMW, BSH Hausgeräte, DACHSER, Deutsche Bahn, Linde, MAN, McDonald’s, Telefónica, Voith, WMF and Zeppelin.
We provide advice on key issues of digital transformation and build brands in all channels, for relevant touchpoints, different devices, and in international markets. This results in exciting projects in varied and interdisciplinary positions.
We live and breathe appreciation every day: We have flat hierarchies and interdisciplinary teams that act independently and agilely. We communicate at eye level with our customers – all the way to the management level. Ideas and new suggestions always find a welcome ear.
A budget for the professional and personal development of each Ray is included. We also attach great importance to internal development formats. These include our hackathons, open space formats and weekly meetings, which make it easy for Rays to exchange ideas with other Rays.
We emphasise a healthy work-life balance
To ensure this, we work on the basis of fair overtime compensation from the first minute. Our working hours are flexible and we make sabbaticals possible – because the compatibility of job and family is important to us.
Joint events are an integral part of our corporate culture. Regular team events can be individually planned – from an overnight stay in a mountain hut to a llama hike, anything is possible. Regularly, our parties take place in the 'Family & Friends' concept, allowing our loved ones to celebrate together with us.

To ensure that all Rays feel comfortable in their skin, their identity, their interests and preferences, DEI – Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, is a central part of our company culture. Our working group regularly meets with management to discuss current topics, events, questions, and requests related to diversity.
A pleasant working atmosphere
Our offices are modern and designed with great attention to detail. This is also ensured by our office management team, which time and again delights us with small surprises.
The offices in Munich, Berlin and Frankfurt are centrally located and easily accessible with public transport. Those who drive to work in Munich and Frankfurt can also use one of the parking spaces. We are fully equipped with the latest technologies – including virtual ones. Every Ray can choose between Windows or Mac, and having two monitors is a matter of course for us.
We are environmentally friendly and strive for climate-neutral working. What we cannot avoid on our own, we compensate for by supporting myclimate projects. We also support social institutions such as the Tabaluga Children’s Foundation.
Hybrid working is a matter of course for us. Depending on the situation, decide for yourself where you can work best from: at home, in the office or on the road.
