The Ray Sono Benefit System is composed of various categories, instances, and intentions designed to ensure personal and professional growth, well-being, and a strong sense of community in our halls.
Of utmost priority is making sure that all Rays feel accepted and valued in their individuality, culture, preferences, and interests. DEI – Diversity, Equity & Inclusion is a central pillar of our corporate culture. Our DEI task force regularly meets with the management team to discuss current topics, events, questions, and requests related to diversity and inclusion.
