Your responsibilities
As Principal Business Development Manager (all genders) at Ray Sono, you play a central role in the company’s growth. You will work closely with the board to help shape the company’s strategic direction. Your responsibilities include:
- Your focus is on establishing, expanding, and closing new and sustainable business relationships with relevant leads.
- You work with the team to develop new creative strategies and processes to enhance our product portfolio's success, including up-selling and cross-selling in close collaboration with our account team and the technical leads.
- Together with management, you identify new, interesting clients. You see yourself as an advisor and converter of new client contacts at the C-level.
- As part of the growth team, you identify development potential and growth opportunities for Ray Sono and oversee the resulting strategy development projects.
- You are aware of and track current trends, conduct market and competitive analyses, and evaluate them in terms of business relevance.
We expect you to
Bring in what makes you special. This should include:
- You bring solid experience in the areas of Sales, Account Management, and Project Management within digital consulting and agency environments or a medium-sized service company.
- You have extensive expertise in acquiring new clients in the corporate segment and are skilled in marketing digital projects and products as well as digital consulting.
Communicating with top decision-makers is where you excel and can successfully leverage your experience. - Over the past few years, you have built a strong network in one or more of the following industries: Energy, Pharma, Industry, and Logistics.
- Your open personality, convincing presentation skills, and experience in moderation are effectively utilized to persuade prospects of Ray Sono and our portfolio.
- You possess outstanding organizational and coordination skills, and your approach is always thoughtful and structured.
- Last but not least, you speak German at a C2 level and English at at least a C1 level or higher.
