Your responsibilities

As a Sales Operations Manager (all genders) at Ray Sono, you enable your colleagues by accompanying them on their way to a successful conclusion and bringing together the threads in the customer journey. Your tasks include:

  • Sales Cycle Management: Follow up on leads, involve teams cross-functionally, don't forget the administrative & important commercial perspective - you accompany the deal phases until closing, or until handover to an Account Manager, who will build on the customer relationships you have helped to establish.
  • Supporting pitches: Creating pitches in a target group-oriented manner, planning appointments and briefing the team, creating offers and closing them together - you have a solid methodological tool to confidently accompany all stakeholders in the process! 
  • Tools & Methodologies: Keeping CRM tools up-to-date, evaluating and improving processes, standardizing sales processes - you know how to analyze sales processes and put them from theory into practice.
  • Market analysis: Benchmark, competitors, trends, digitization - you have an eye on the digitization market and recognize shifts, opportunities but also risks at an early stage and adapt your strategy to the market

We expect you to

Bring in what makes you special. This should include:

  • You have sound professional experience in the areas of sales or sales operations, account management or project management and have gained this in a digital consulting and agency environment or a medium-sized service company
  • You have good experience in direct customer contact at management level and have strong social and communication skills
  • Skilful handling of the Microsoft Office Suite is just as much a part of your portfolio as working with CRM systems such as Salesforce or Hubspot
  • You use your open personality, convincing presentation skills and moderation experience efficiently to convince prospects of Ray Sono and our portfolio
  • In the past, you have already developed the right methods to create meaningful presentations
  • Last but not least, you speak German at C2 level and English at B2+ or higher
