Your responsibilities
- As a Senior Controller (all genders), you’ll be responsible for preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, working closely with the accounting team.
- You’ll be responsible for coordinating and preparing the annual corporate planning and monthly forecasts, ensuring that the budget is adhered to while working closely with management and the specialist departments.
- You analyse business development, carry out variance analyses and KPI evaluations, and prepare ad hoc and special analyses.
- You prepare well-founded profitability calculations and business cases for the entire company, based on which you derive strategic financial recommendations.
- You are responsible for performance reporting and providing meaningful analyses for corporate management, creating precise reports as well as presentations on the business figures and preparing the documents specifically for supervisory board meetings.
- You work with the Jedox performance management system and optimise our reporting and planning processes.
- You continuously develop the controlling and reporting processes, set strategic impulses and actively shape their optimisation and further development.
We expect you to
Bring in what makes you special. This should include:
- You have several years of professional experience in controlling, ideally in an agency or consulting environment.
- You have a deep understanding of financial interrelationships and business processes and are well-versed in accounting according to HGB and ideally IFRS.
- You are confident in using MS Office, especially Excel, and have experience with common IT, ERP, and performance management systems, ideally Jedox.
- You’re solution-oriented and possess analytical skills, a structured, reliable, and precise way of working and a strong affinity for numbers and their interpretation.
- You enjoy working in an interdisciplinary and proactive manner, are a strong team player, and have excellent communication skills.
- Very good German language skills round off your profile.
