Your responsibilities
As a Client Lead (all genders) you are a strategic partner for our clients and work with them to develop innovative, actionable plans for their digital transformation. Your focus is on increasing growth, profitability and customer satisfaction in your portfolio. Together with our delivery management, you ensure that projects are realized on time, on budget and on target.
- You will develop and be responsible for implementing growth strategies for existing customers and work with our consultants and the growth teams to develop sales strategies for new cross-selling and upselling topics. Your success is measured by the increase in the content and economic value of your accounts.
- You not only promote the development of our customers, but also ensure that the services provided are communicated clearly and consistently both internally and externally. It is crucial that you communicate transparently with internal committees and external stakeholders to ensure uniform and targeted coordination.
- You are responsible for the commercial and content-related aspects of your customer projects. You will lead bid processes independently, manage them through to completion and take on complex contract and price negotiations. You will manage sales volumes and profitability to ensure that both financial and qualitative targets are achieved.
- You will have leadership responsibility for a delivery team consisting of Delivery Leads and Project Manager and ensure their efficient management.
We expect you to
Bring in what makes you special. This should include:
- Extensive experience in account management, client management or a similar role, ideally in a digital transformation environment.
- Proven success in developing and implementing growth strategies as well as identifying new business opportunities and realizing cross-selling and upselling potential.
- Experience in leading teams consisting of delivery leads and project managers, with a focus on efficient project management.
- Confident demeanor and strong ability to communicate complex topics clearly and consistently internally and externally.
- Sound knowledge of financial and budget management, including experience in bid processes and contract negotiations.
- Strong understanding of managing sales volumes and profitability to achieve financial and quality targets.
- Business fluent in written and spoken German and English.
