Office Manager (all genders)

Your responsibilities

You are the first point of contact for the team and ensure that everything runs smoothly within the Berlin office.
You ensure that our office is always in a neat and tidy condition, including classic office management tasks such as ordering, mail management and communication with service providers.
You will be responsible for reception management, appointment coordination and travel planning.
You enjoy dealing with people and are responsible for organizational onboarding.
As an organizational talent, you support us in the planning and implementation of external events as well as internal events and meetings.
You will take on growing tasks in a growing company.

As the good soul of the office, you already have professional experience as an Office Manager (all genders) or in a comparable position.
You have a strong hands-on mentality - when it comes to implementing a project or a task, you are not too shy to lend a hand.
You enjoy working with people and organizing an office.
You approach your tasks with enthusiasm, accuracy and service orientation.
You enjoy communicating and are always friendly, open-minded and discreet.
You have a good knowledge of MS Office and enjoy working on varied topics in an agile and hybrid working environment.
