Your responsibilities
As a Senior Event Manager (all genders) in the B2B environment, you will be part of our Marketing & Communications team. With commitment and creativity, you plan and realise impressive and tailor-made sales events that inspire our guests and customers and promote networking. At Ray Sono, this means in detail for you:
- You create event strategies and concepts that are aligned with Ray Sono's overall business objectives and effectively communicate our brand message.
- You will be responsible for the comprehensive planning, organisation and implementation of high-profile specialist events that take place digitally, hybrid or onsite and address our existing customers as well as potential new customers and press representatives.
- You will be responsible for sponsorships in collaboration with media partners and partner companies to maximise the reach and impact of our events.
- You will be responsible for the event budget, taking charge of budget planning and monitoring and ensuring the cost efficiency of all events.
- You define the key performance indicators for our events and analyse the performance of the events held together with the sales team. Based on these analyses, you derive measures for continuous optimisation.
- You ensure that the brand standards and corporate identity are consistently adhered to at all events.
- You will also organise internal events to promote team spirit, further training and employee loyalty.
We expect you to
Bring in what makes you special. This should include:
- You have at least 5 years of professional experience in the event sector, preferably in a comparable position and in a B2B environment
- You have the ability to develop event strategies and ensure their operational implementation
- You have excellent organisational skills, are experienced in managing multiple projects simultaneously and work confidently in a dynamic environment
- When unforeseen challenges arise during an event, you keep a cool head, act proactively, find pragmatic solutions and always pay attention to detail
- Your flexibility is demonstrated by your willingness to work evenings and manage events on site
- You work independently and on your own responsibility, are characterised by a proactive and structured way of working and place the highest value on quality and reliability
- You are characterised by strong communication skills and work effectively with different stakeholders
- Fluent written and spoken German and English round off your profile
